Native Memory Project Advisory Board member, Jason Baldes, was recently awarded the National Geographic Wayfinder Award for his work in buffalo restoration. Jason serves as the Executive Director of the Wind River Tribal Bullalo Initiative. He was nominated for his efforts in restoring buffalo to the Wind River Reservation.
