Wind River Grow Our Own 307 started on and near the Wind River Reservation at the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic. Started by a small group of friends, the organization began fundraising to supply interested tribal community members with gardening tools, supplies, and education with the goal of teaching each other how to grow their own foods to combat against food scarcity. To date, the organization has learned how to build garden boxes and geodesic dome greenhouses to help provide community based healthy foods.
